anCnoc Long Gallery at the Tron
Exhibition Runs: 12th July - 11th September 2010
Rosalind Lawless works with layers sometimes only using one layer keeping the work pure, by editing, subtracting, adding with silkscreen and collage, she always strives to physically construct space within the composition of her work. The work revolves around a sense of history, of the spaces that inspire and the history of the journey making the work. An M.A graduate of the Royal College of Art and the Grays School of Art Rosalind's work is regularly shown in exhibitions throughout the country and is held in the Aberdeen Art gallery's permanent collection.
